The Business Challenge

Our client was struggling with the logistics involved with more than 100 internal events. E-mail hadn't been the best communication tool for communicating last-minute changes to schedules and locations. The client sought a solution that:

  • easily communicated event changes
  • reduced printing costs and was more environmentally sustainable
  • provided detailed user stats and feedback

The challenge was all the greater since the client's mobile website was slow, a problem compounded by often poor cell phone reception in event venues.

Sweet Caesar's Approach

Sweet Caesar built a custom application for the client that by-passed its mobile website but was still integrated into its internal database through data feeds. Our solution meets the client's requirements and automatically provides user-relevant statistics. We built our application so that when our client hosts a series of events it allows event planners to push out succeeding event content to delegates. The mobile conference guide automatically gets updated without users having to download a new application every time.

Results for Our Client

Through our mobile conference application the insurance company has eliminated the hassle and printing costs of making last-minute program changes. The client now communicates better with its delegates―especially those who were hard to reach by e-mail.
